Let's Talk Nursing with Barry Hill
In this episode, Samina is joined by Barry Hill, Professor of Nursing and Head of the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Buckinghamshire New University. They discuss the challenges and barriers that are causing the drop in applications to nursing degrees and high rates of student nurse attrition, as well as the potential solutions to these.

Barry Hill is a professor of Nursing and head of the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Buckinghamshire New University. He is part of the University Executive Team, leading the strategic direction and development of the school. Throughout his career, Barry has been committed to improving student wellbeing, reducing attrition and enhancing student experiences, particularly in relation to the National Student Survey.
